The StreamSync code path is still heavily relying on the Avro schema. This
PR migrates as much of the StreamSync path to use HoodieSchema as possible.
Proto to Avro conversion utils are not updated as part of this PR and will
be addressed in a separate PR.

- Updates methods in `HoodieSparkUtils` that create RDDs to take in the
`HoodieSchema` instead of avro. Callers are then updated to avoid converting
`toAvroSchema`
- Adds `aliases` method to `HoodieSchemaField` to match the avro equivalent
- Updates StreamSync to use new converters that operate directly on
HoodieSchema instead of Avro schemas
- Updates CloudObjectsSelectorCommon to use HoodieSchema directly
- Adds utilities to check for decimal, list, and map fields that match the
existing utils
