### Describe the issue this Pull Request addresses
The existing Hudi notebooks demo supports querying data using engines like
Spark/Trino, but Presto is not included. This makes it difficult to demonstrate
or validate Hudi tables using Presto, which is still widely used in many
environments.
This PR adds Presto support to the existing Hudi notebooks demo to ensure
feature parity across query engines and to help users validate Hudi bootstrap
and table behaviors using Presto.

**Summary**
This change adds Presto integration to the existing Hudi notebooks demo,
enabling users to query Hudi tables directly from Presto and compare behavior
