Defines the blob storage schema and converters to/from Spark as the starting
point for building out Blob support in Hudi.

- Adds a new logical type to the HoodieSchema that matches the definition in
the proposed [RFC-100 changes

- Updates the spark schema converter to attach extra metadata to describe
the type and then use that metadata when converting back to HoodieSchema
