### Describe the issue this Pull Request addresses
Fix the data issue by copying the rowdata out from ColumarRowData Buffer.
### Summary and Changelog
In FLIP-27 source, SplitReader#fetch() returns a batch of records. Since
HoodieFileGroupReader for
RowData returns an iterator of RowData hosted by ColumnarRowData,
RecordCloner is needed to clone RowData element
from ColumnarRowData to the corresponding GenericRowData.
