Review Comment:
Added a separate `catch (HoodieException e)` block. A
`TableNotFoundException` (corrupt or partially initialized MDT) is now treated
the same as an absent MDT: we log a warning and return false (let the restore
proceed). Genuine IO failures that are wrapped as
`HoodieException(cause=IOException)` are still re-thrown via the IOException
catch.
