@rswagatika : Sorry for the delay. Finally got a chance to look at it. It does look there are about 20 versions per file present. I do see compactions ran successfully. So, no issues with it. My only suspicion is cleaner did not even seem to start contrary to the configurations you gave and the experience you had with running cleaner in CLI.
