@Liulietong I am not able to reproduce this issue in unit tests, but this problem is definitely exists #2285 . Just check the implementation of `ColumnarBatchRow` and it handles `null` separately as well. So I think this fix should work. Thanks for your contribution. I just re-triggered CI.
