This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage. This is a development/test task (JIRA HUDI-2024, under Epic HUDI-57) to add integration tests for the ORC reader/writer, not a bug report. ORC base-file support in Hudi remains partial/experimental, and dedicated integration-test coverage is still pending.
