This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage. Findings: this is an internal certification/dev task tracked as HUDI-6585, which is still Open in JIRA with no resolution and no linked PR; the listed fix versions (0.16.0, 1.1.0) are aspirational. DedupeSparkJob still exists on master and no merged change certifies its behavior across both COW and MOR table types, so there is no evidence the certification work has been completed.
