This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage. Findings: This is a build/CI maintenance task (HUDI-6682) to rebalance the Azure Pipelines test-module distribution so the 'UT FT other modules' jobs finish faster. It is a tracking/optimization item rather than a bug. The Azure CI definition (azure-pipelines-20230430.yml) and the UT_FT / job10UTModules / job10FTModules grouping this task targets still exist in master and are actively maintained, so the work is not superseded.
