This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage. Findings: This is a development/test task (HUDI-4125, epic HUDI-1265) to add an Azure CI integration test that exercises a bootstrapped Hudi table queried across engines. It is not a bug. The corresponding JIRA remains Open with no fix version, and the 2022 discussion on the ticket confirms no such test was added at that time. While some bootstrap coverage exists elsewhere (e.g. hudi-cli `ITTestBootstrapCommand` and the docker-demo `ITTestHoodieDemo`, which exercises a bootstrapped table across Spark/Hive/Presto), a dedicated Azure-CI integration test around a bootstrapped table as described here has not been implemented.
