Tables written by HoodieJavaWriteClient bootstrap the MDT on an empty table, which registers the col-stats index definition with no source fields (and the Java client never refreshes it, unlike Spark), so canApply() rejected the index. The fixture now enables the MDT from commit 2 so the bootstrap sees data; the pruning tests assert real pruning now. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
