### Task Description
**What needs to be done:**
Add logic to compute the "last X days" partition window (date-based
partition paths), and bulk-load each in-window partition's Partitioned Record
Index into its own CF at job start. Includes the non-temporal fallback
(bootstrap.days = 0 behavior, i.e. skip pre-load).
