This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage (HUDI-8765). **Findings: not actionable in `apache/hudi`.** This is a coordination action - following up with Amazon EMR about their Hudi packaging and default configuration for Hudi Streamer continuous mode. It is addressed at a downstream distribution's defaults, not at anything in this repository, so there is no change here that can resolve it and nothing to verify against `master`. The GitHub body also carries only the JIRA boilerplate: no description of what the out-of-the-box gap actually is, which configs are wrong, or what the desired end state looks like. Even scoped to EMR, there is not enough here for someone else to pick up. Suggest tracking the EMR conversation wherever that relationship is managed rather than in the Hudi backlog. If the follow-up surfaces a genuine Hudi-side defect - a bad default, a missing config, a docs gap in the continuous-mode guide - that is worth filing as its own issue with the specifics, and it will be actionable in a way this one is not.
