This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage (HUDI-9265). **Findings: not done, and the linked PR is closed without merging.** PR #13102 (`[HUDI-9265][DNM] Bumping parquet version to 1.15.1`) is **closed and unmerged**. A closed-unmerged PR is not a fix, so any `status:pr-available` label here is misleading - it implies a patch awaiting review when there is none, and is worth removing.
