This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage (HUDI-9552). **Findings: still open.** The body is a single link to GitHub issue #13477 with nothing inlined, so the failure mode is not recoverable from this ticket alone - worth summarising the symptom and stack trace here, since linked-issue-only tickets tend to stall. The reported combination is specific enough to reproduce once that thread is read: a MOR table upsert with `hoodie.write.set.null.for.missing.columns = true`. Given the schema-handling changes since (the `HoodieSchema` migration and the FG-reader schema work tracked in #17075), it is worth confirming the failure still occurs before designing a fix.
