This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage and is being closed as stale. AlterHoodieTableChangeColumnCommand should not change column nullability - the GH body carries only the JIRA-info block; the patch that existed is closed unmerged. The JIRA has been silent for over three years, and no commit or PR carries HUDI-6436. Closing as unactionable.
