This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage (HUDI-8313). **Findings: the linked PR has not merged; keeping this open.** PR #12067 is still **open and unmerged**, and nothing named `LakeView` exists anywhere in the tree, so the sync tool is unimplemented on `master`. The `status:pr-available` label is accurate. One practical note: the body carries only JIRA boilerplate, so PR #12067 is currently the only specification of what this tool does.
