This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage and is being closed as stale. @LukasDEDD - apologies for the long silence on your offer to pick this up, and thank you for it. The problem is the ticket itself: it says "explore a new way to fix import order" and points at a PR comment from January 2020, without naming what the new way should be or what would count as done. Hudi still uses the import-order rules in `style/checkstyle.xml` and `style/scalastyle.xml`, and the JIRA has not moved since 2022-01-16. If you would still like to work on this, please do - open a PR with a concrete proposal, or a new issue describing the specific change you have in mind.
