This issue was reviewed as part of the JIRA-migrated backlog triage and is being closed as stale. The description is empty. "Develop a validation tool for bootstrap table" gives no inputs, no checks the tool should perform, and no output contract, so nothing here can be built or verified - the Critical priority notwithstanding. The JIRA has not moved since 2023-03-10.
