Quickstart as of now has its own schema and users get to test the flow with
statically defined schema. But would be nice to test custom schema (user
schema) with QuickStart. Users can test the waters end to end w/ updates,
deletes, read optimized, read only view, COW, MOR etc for their schema of
interest.
