## Description
MinIO no longer serves client binaries from `dl.min.io`: the release path
and the archive index both answer `410 Gone`. The demo's `mc` image
(`demo/infra/mc/Dockerfile`) downloaded the client from there, so its build
fails and every `integration-tests` job fails before running anything. Upstream
`main` last ran those jobs green on 2026-09-06; its next run will fail the same
way.
This copies `mc` out of the published `quay.io/minio/mc` image at a pinned
release instead of downloading it, and drops `wget` from the alpine base. The
`mc` binary is statically linked, so it runs on alpine as before. Pinning the
tag is what keeps the build reproducible.
Related: #666, whose integration jobs first surfaced the failure.

The same one-file change was pushed on top of #666 as `10cb799`; all four
`integration-tests` jobs went from failing at the download step to passing,
with no other difference between the two heads. Locally, `curl` against the old
URL and the archive index returns HTTP 410.
