non-blocking: `RollbackToInstantTimeProcedure` builds its meta client with the same `setLayoutVersion` pin, and there it reaches the timeline directly: `getWriteConfig` doesn't carry the table's properties, so the pinned layout is the default 2, and `metaClient.getActiveTimeline` on a v6 table (e.g. one a 1.x writer keeps at `hoodie.write.table.version=6`) looks for `.hoodie/timeline` and should fail with the same "Failed to scan metadata" before the rollback starts. Could it switch to `BaseProcedure.createMetaClient` as well, either in this PR alongside the other two callers or in a follow-up? -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
