### Describe the issue this Pull Request addresses issue: #19673 Claims RFC-113 for native Spark execution of Hudi queries with Apache DataFusion Comet and hudi-rs: a `hudi-native-spark-bundle` that packages Comet (#19674), and a native Hudi scan that reads file slices through hudi-rs inside Comet's native engine (#20170, sub-task #20176).
