@yihua Gentle follow-up on this small CLI fix for #19878. It adds the standard --sparkMaster option and reuses the existing lazy Spark-context initialization before metadata delete-record-index, preventing the NPE when this is the first metadata command in a session. The regression test starts with a fresh MetadataCommand instance and verifies that the Record Index partition is removed. Azure CI is green for the current head.
