### Bug Description
**What happened:**
With composite record keys and BUCKET index hashing only one field, e.g.:
```
hoodie.datasource.write.recordkey.field=company_id,message_id
hoodie.bucket.index.hash.field=company_id
```
Hudi encodes keys like `company_id:…,message_id:uuid:0`. BucketIdentifier
calls KeyGenUtils.extractRecordKeysByFields and skips message_id. In the skip
(else) branch, when the skipped value contains :, this loop never terminates:
`while (commaPosition < keyValueSep1) {`
I see commit never completes and checkpoints timeout.
**What you expected:**
Hudi should support composite keys having `:` since many uuid will have :0,
:1 suffixes.
**Steps to reproduce:**
1. My sample flink payload has "company_id": "Z8a2344fb60a" and
"message_id": "1a8b9810-b345-4a73-bfec-43f2b3d0b5e9:0",,
2. Set the Hudi write configuration as below:
```
hoodie.datasource.write.recordkey.field = company_id,message_id
hoodie.bucket.index.hash.field = company_id
hoodie.bucket.index.num.buckets = 128
```
3. Deploy the job and observe, task never completes commit and checkpoints
keep timing out.
