@yihua a gentle follow up on this one. It is a test only change that adds a `SCALAR` plus `INPUT_TIME_UNIT=MILLISECONDS` case to the `partitionBy()` key generator tests, Azure CI is green, and the branch merges cleanly. It complements #19657, which covers other timestamp types and `SCALAR` units (microseconds and hours), so the cases do not overlap. The only shared line is the `TimestampKeyGeneratorConfig` import in `TestCOWDataSource.scala`, and I will rebase right away if #19657 lands first. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
