**major:** `HiveRecordContext:85` and
`AvroRecordContext.constructFinalHoodieRecord:136` still have the bare
`isDelete()`, so the Hive and generic Avro paths keep dropping the payload. The
new test only runs `HoodieRecordType.SPARK`, so CI won't catch them.
