Filed #20400 as another prerequisite for the streaming-table path in this RFC. Every SDP streaming flow writes through a separate `HoodieStreamingSink` on the shared Connect driver. Today the sink turns the embedded timeline server off by default (HUDI-3636) because the write client that owns it is closed after the first micro-batch (#12652). The proposal aligns the sink with `HoodieStreamer`: one timeline server per streaming query, reused across commits and stopped when the query terminates.
