Rebased onto master. #19682 was already in the base; what the pom was missing was the relocations the spark bundle gained since, which it now inherits by shading the spark bundle jar, including the `public/**` exclusion the new `validate_bundle_ui_assets.sh` step failed on. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
