This PR currently havs fixes for 3 types issues, all of the same class. 1. Number casts that wrap or overflow (bigint>int, narrow decimals). Also lets decimal to double prune, as @wombatu-kun's asked 2. String casts that change collation (Spark 4 only) 3. Multiply/divide by a negative constant reverses the order, plus multiply overflow with a positive constant, added by @cshuo's round I'm going to split them up so this PR will only be fixing (1). -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
