The Python/Rust quick start on hudi.apache.org only covers reading tables,
while hudi-rs 0.6.0 adds native writes (create, append, upsert, update, delete)
from Python and Rust with the record-level index maintained on every commit.
Users and coding assistants looking for a no-JVM way to keep a mutable table
have no page that shows it.

Proposed: rewrite the quick start around a write, upsert, delete and
incremental-read loop in Python and Rust, add use-case scenarios with
single-node benchmark numbers, and point llms.txt and the use-cases page at it.
