   ### Feature Description

`HudiTable.create` takes its feature toggles as bare nouns: `record_index`,
`metadata_table`, `column_stats` and `partition_stats`, each an optional bool.
A noun argument reads as if it takes the thing itself (an index name, a table),
and `record_index=False` is less clear at a glance than a name that says it
switches something on or off. The Python write API has not been released yet,
so the names can still change without breaking anyone.

Proposed: rename the four toggles to `enable_record_index`,
`enable_metadata_table`, `enable_column_stats` and `enable_partition_stats`,
matching the `hoodie.*.enable` configs they set. `hive_style_partitioning`
stays as it is: it picks a path layout rather than turning on a feature, and
its config key has no `enable` either.
