**Describe the problem you faced** The hudi-utilities are use in the [Docker Demo](https://hudi.apache.org/docs/docker_demo.html) , but there is no documentation on there purpose and if they can be considered prod-ready jobs ? **Expected behavior** A Readme inside the folder hudi-utilities or some lines in the documentation explaining the purpose and if they can be considered prod ready jobs.
