## What is the purpose of the pull request
Improve hoodieFlinkStreamer, the class just have write logic, don't have
compact logic.
When use MOR, just generate avro log file, don't have parquet file. Easy to
make beginners confused.
Configuration and code should be provided so that users can use compart
logic.
## Brief change log
- *Modify HoodieFlinkStreamer.java, learn from HoodieTableSink.java(for
sql/table sink)*
