## What is the purpose of the pull request
Fix the bug that when merge-into with a decimal type field , exception will
throw out.
## Brief change log
- Currently we have not convert the `Decimal` value to the avro-type:
`GenericFixed` in `ExpressionPayload`. Add the convert for decimal type to fix
this bug.
