## What is the purpose of the pull request
For the exist hoodie table write by spark datasource, we can create an
external table on the table location, just like this:
`create table h0 using hudi options(primaryKey = 'id', preCombineField =
'ts') partitioned by(dt) location '/xx/xx/h0'`
we can modify the hoodie.properites to add the missing properties in the
CreateHoodieTableCommand. After this operation, we can read and write the exist
table by spark sql. (edited)
