@xushiyan @nsivabalan I am landing this for now once CI passes. But ideally, we should be switching to `ubuntu-latest` and scala 2.12. (may be even Spark3) for CI. We should also just build across spark 2, spark 2.11 on each commit (not running tests, just build to ensure things remain functional?)
