WriteClient has support for [deletePartitions](https://github.com/apache/hudi/blob/1df5ded433eced3bbb66137bc741e616beab9a70/hudi-client/hudi-spark-client/src/main/java/org/apache/hudi/client/SparkRDDWriteClient.java#L257).
