Support deprecated configs of v0.8.0.
## Brief change log
- Restored 0.8.0 configs with deprecated annotation.
- Renamed configs in 0.9.0 that had same name as in 0.8.0.
## Verify this pull request
- Manually verified the change by running the quickstart locally with
0.8.0 and 0.9.0 configs.
