For now users can use `NONE`, `GLOBAL_SORT` and `PARTITION_SORT` when do bulk
insert action.
This PR supply a build-in UserDefinedBulkInsertPartitioner named
RDDCustomColumnsSortPartitioner which is already used for clustering.
Now users can use this BulkInsertPartitioner to ingest data ordered by
particular columns rather than order data through clustering.
