## What is the purpose of the pull request
This PR adds a translated version of the [ByteDance Hudi
Blog](https://mp.weixin.qq.com/s/oZz_2HzPCWgzxwZO0nuDUQ) in Chinese, with the
title `Building an EB-level Data Lake Using Apache Hudi at ByteDance`. The
slides in both Chinese and English (translated) can be accessed through the
blog.
## Brief change log
- Adds the blog content in a new blog page,
`2021-09-01-building-eb-level-data-lake-using-hudi-at-bytedance.md`.
- Adds the slides and images in the static assets folder
`datalake-bytedance-hudi`.
## Verify this pull request
