The strategy interface for conflict resolution with multiple writers is
introduced and the SparkRDDWriteClient has integrated with the
ConflictResolutionStrategy. HoodieFlinkWriteClient should also support to allow
parallel writing to tables using Locking service based on
ConflictResolutionStrategy.
