## What is the purpose of the pull request
This PR introduces the `HoodieData` abstraction for the hudi-common and
hudi-client modules, to hide the actual engine-specific data structures such as
Spark JavaRDD and Flink/Java List. The `HoodieData` abstraction intends to be
the data structure used in the write pipeline for generality.
Using the `HoodieData` abstraction, the PR also refactors the compaction
actions in hudi-client module to extract common write logic, reduce LoC, and
keep only divergent engine-specific logic in the corresponding engine client
packages.
