I can add a config, but would like to make the default true. with multi-writer, there could be clashes among multiple writers for same commit time. and so this is a much needed fix. If we run into issues, probably we can flip using the config. give me sometime, I need to fix the patch. bcoz, we also need to consider enabling the config and then disabling it. so, have to support both code paths and writers and readers. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
