[~danny0405]，hello danny，i found a compatilbe problem ，when i use hudi 0.9.0,
decimal type will be FIXED_LEN_BYTE_ARRAY，and when i upgrade to 0.10.0-SNAPSHOT
and read this table, hudi will throw Unexpected type: FIXED_LEN_BYTE_ARRAY
Exception. so i think we should still make parquet read compatible with old
version hudi table，because old version hudi table write decimal type with
FIXED_LEN_BYTE_ARRAY. Can i commit a PR to fix it ?
