## What is the purpose of the pull request
Overhaul on the overview page to provide a friendly overview of Hudi and an
orientation of how to learn, get started, engage, and generally navigate the
docs.
## Brief change log
- overhaul of overview page
- moved timeline details to separate concepts page
- moved table_types to separate page
- moved indexing to a separate page (it doesn't feel complete. yet, but
another PR will come on that soon)
- Ensured that the "Docs" button on nav will default to the overview page.
