## What is the purpose of the pull request
Flink quickstart was way too long and was a dump of all Flink docs.
## Brief change log
- I created a Flink Setup page and moved basic setup/config there
- I moved other Flink content to the relevant sections in the docs (eg.
compaction to compaction, metastore to metastore, etc)
