Fix For: 0.11.0
Even with virtual keys turned on, Compaction wasn't honoring it fully and the
metadata table records written out holding all the meta fields. It was recently
fixed in HUDI-2902. As part of this ticket,
# Verify the metadata compaction working as expected with virtual keys
# Turn on virtual keys by default for metadata table
