Description:
We may want to rebalance the tests to avoid timeout of 1 hour. Currently,
"{{{}IT"{}}} and "{{{}UT FT clients & cli & utilities & sync/hive-sync"{}}}
take less than 40 mins while "{{{}UT FT other modules"{}}} almost takes an hour
